Holding a master's degree in biotechnology from Centrale Paris and one in management from ESSEC, Tristan started his career at Rothschild & Co. in M&A. He created Umiami to support in ending animal suffering.
Hugo graduated from AgroParisTech and attended Wageningen University. He worked as a food scientist at Danone, Nestlé, and INRAE research institute. His goal is to encourage better eating habits through Umiami.

Martin is an alumnus from HEC Paris and the TU Munich. He has a strong experience in sales gained from Google, Amazon and P&G. His ambition is to significantly contribute in reducing CO2 pollution.
Laurent is the former VP of Global Engineering at Mondelēz and Danone, where he managed up to 1.5B€/year in industrial investments. He's an investor and a close advisor to Umiami, helping us in building factories.
As an ex-CEO of Vallourec China, where he built dozen of factories, and as CEO of a world-leading steel manufacturing company, Pierre's know-how in industrial scale-up is valuable to guide our industrialization journey.
Grégoire holds a PhD in Biotechnologies and Bioprocesses from AgroParisTech and INRAE. He has successfully advised several start-ups, including a plant-based cheese company. His our innovation guru.
